Robert Jewell has over 15 years of real estate investment management experience in the UK. After 5 years at ING REIM, and having been part of both the transaction and asset management teams, Rob joined Land Securities Plc. During his 10 years at Land Securities, Rob held roles in asset management, business development and investment and was accountable for the end to end management of 8 shopping centres, which included strategic, commercial, operational and joint venture reporting responsibility. Furthermore, Rob ran a retail business development team which focused on new capital allocation strategies, growing incremental revenue streams and establishing a new in house leasing capability.

Toby Smith has over 19 years of European real estate investment management experience, initially with ING Real Estate Investment Management UK and more recently with CBRE Global Investors in Amsterdam and Madrid prior to launching Axis Retail Partners in 2018. Toby has extensive experience in all facets of investment management – from equity raising, sourcing and transactions to asset management and Fund management.

Roel has over 11 years of European real estate investment management experience, initially with ING Real Estate Investment Management and more recently with CBRE Global Investors in Amsterdam and Madrid prior to joining Axis Retail Partners in 2018. Roel has extensive experience in all facets of investment management on the back of which he helped develop the Axis Way of Working with best-in-class tools (Origin), templates and procedures to support equity raising, transaction processes and the management of assets and portfolios.
